Design

PHASE 1 - Concept

At this phase we analyse the needs of users of a particular interior considering ergonomics and functionality. Then two concepts are presented including space arrangement ground views.

PHASE 2 - Project

Having chosen an optimal variant of space arrangement and agreed on the details, we make a three-dimension interior model. Based on that, a visualization of desired interiors is prepared in order to familiarize the Client with our vision of the project in the best possible way. At this phase, there may be introduced some decoration corrections, that is improvements in colouring, furniture, textures, any mobile elements as well as finish materials.

PHASE 3 - Documentation

Finally, we prepare final architectural documentation consisting of:

- interior arrangement drawings

- drawings of floors, ceiling and lighting

- drawings of necessary wall views

- electrical wiring layout

- water and wastewater connections layout

- layout of electric sockets and switches

- photorealistic interior visualisations

PHASE 4 - Architect’s on-site services

We are available at the Client’s request throughout the entire process of investment delivery to achieve the best final effect.

Visualizations

 PHASE 1 - 2D/3D Materials

At this phase the Client sends us 2D materials by email, that is, ground views, sections, elevations, images, etc. For visualisation purposes we may use your 3D model of a building or interior, if you have such.

PHASE 2 - Modelling

On the basis of the materials provided by the Client, we develop a three-dimensional scene which contains all significant elements of the structure, interiors, surrounding and furnishing.

PHASE 3 - Lighting and camera settings

Thus prepared setting can be lit in accordance with your guidelines or we may offer you our own lighting alternative. Then, concrete camera settings are agreed upon and initial, demonstrative visualisations are perpared.

PHASE 4 - Materials

Upon approving of the proposed camera settings by the Client, there are applied relevant materials and textures to all the scene elements to achieve the best possible imaging and next demonstrative visualisations are realised.

PHASE 5 – Final arrangements and visualisations

At this phase, final improvements in colouring, materials and mobile elements of the setting are made to meet the Client’s demands and then final visualisations are completed.
